8:30 – 12:30   Security and Emergency Planning Workshop                      
TSA will host a workshop designed to strengthen preparedness by helping companies develop comprehensive security plans. The workshop will incorporate a motorcoach-specific threat briefing & hands-on instruction. Workshop participants will develop draft Security and Emergency Plans with their company-specific policies, procedures, and information and incorporated TSA-recommended roles, responsibilities, procedures and best practices as needed.

This session is designed to get to the specifics of any HOS misunderstandings and implications regarding the use of Electronic Logging Devices.

After two months since the deadline for installation, what are the specifics of roadside or terminal inspection—fines, citations, etc. This session will be presented by FMCSA. Q&A about other regulations will be welcomed.
